Using Inpyrfluxam to Control Peanut (Arachis hypogaea L.) Foliar and Soil-Borne Diseases

نویسندگان

چکیده

Aims: To determine peanut disease control and yield response to inpyrfluxam applied at various timings during the growing season.
Study Design: Randomized complete block design with 4 reps.
Place Duration of Study: Field studies were conducted from 2016 through 2020 in south Texas region near Yoakum (29.276o N, 97.123o W).
Methodology: Fungicides a CO2-propellant sprayer. The spray boom was equipped three D2-23 hollow-cone nozzles per row middle nozzle centered over each plant another located as such on side provide thorough coverage volume 187 L ha-1. Some included non-treated while other chlorothalonil only 1.26 kg ha-1 comparison treatment. Each plot consisted four rows spaced 97 cm apart 7.9 m long.
Results: Inpyrfluxam twice 5 fungicide program combination provided early leaf spot good or better than standards plus either azoxystrobin alone benzovindiflupyr 2 times. Control Rhizoctonia pod rot, caused by solani Kuhn, 0.04, 0.05. 0.075, 0.1 ai times season comparable two applications 0.22 southern blight, Sclerotium rolfsii Sacc., one 0.05 benzovindiflupyr. Peanut influenced level soilborne foliar exhibited program, those programs which best also produced highest yield.
Conclusion: These show ability multiple diseases found southwest production.

Peanut (Arachis hypogaea L.) Omics and Biotechnology in China

Peanut is one of the most important crops in the world, both for vegetative oil and as a protein source. Biotechnology approaches provide promising ways to increase peanut productivity, either through improved seed quality or stress resistance. These approaches require the identification of genes that control important agronomical traits, the understanding of gene regulation and metabolic pathw...

Dynamic Succession of Soil Bacterial Community during Continuous Cropping of Peanut (Arachis hypogaea L.)

Plant health and soil fertility are affected by plant-microbial interactions in soils. Peanut is an important oil crop worldwide and shows considerable adaptability, but growth and yield are negatively affected by continuous cropping. In this study, 16S rRNA gene clone library analyses were used to study the succession of soil bacterial communities under continuous peanut cultivation. Six libra...

The Proteins of the Peanut, Arachis Hypogaea.

The ravages of the boll weevil have made it unprofitable to grow cotton in various sections throughout the South. In many regions where the growing of cotton has been decreased, peanuts are now being grown as a supplementary crop. This has caused a large increase in the production of peanuts in the United States. A number of mills which in the past produced cottonseed oil are now using their pr...

Stress Inducible Expression of AtDREB1A Transcription Factor in Transgenic Peanut (Arachis hypogaea L.) Conferred Tolerance to Soil-Moisture Deficit Stress

Peanut, an important oilseed crop, is gaining priority for the development of drought tolerant genotypes in recent times, since the area under drought is constantly on the rise. To achieve this, one of the important strategies is to genetically engineer the ruling peanut varieties using transcription factor regulating the expression of several downstream, abiotic-stress responsive gene(s). In t...

Peanut (Arachis hypogaea) Expressed Sequence Tag Project: Progress and Application

Many plant ESTs have been sequenced as an alternative to whole genome sequences, including peanut because of the genome size and complexity. The US peanut research community had the historic 2004 Atlanta Genomics Workshop and named the EST project as a main priority. As of August 2011, the peanut research community had deposited 252,832 ESTs in the public NCBI EST database, and this resource ha...
